Not a holiday. A few days with no phone, no fixing, and no one needing a thing from you. Long enough to hear yourself think again, and come home actually different.
Read this if it lands
You are good at your life. On paper it works. And still, most mornings you wake up already behind, already bracing, already performing a version of you that is not quite you.
You keep meaning to stop. You never do. There is always one more thing that needs you, and you have quietly become the person who handles it. Somewhere in all that handling, you lost the thread of what you actually want.
That is not a flaw in you. It is what happens to capable people who never get to put the load down. The problem is not you. The problem is you have not stopped in years, and you cannot think your way out of a body that is running on empty.
What this actually is
A Connect Your Dots retreat is not a workshop you sit through. It is a few days in the Norfolk quiet where the only job is you.
The spine of it is KIMBA, my own method. It is body-led, not head-led. We do not sit in a circle and talk about your problems. We move, we breathe, we get you out of the loop in your head and into the body that has been carrying all of it. That is where the real stuff lives, and that is where it shifts.
Around that: silence, fire, walks, real food, proper sleep, and where it fits, a sweat lodge. No timetable to keep up with. No being made to share. Just a space that holds you and a rhythm that does the work for you.
Not my words. Theirs.
"The space — to not have to focus on anything except being fully in myself, and tapping fully into that." — Hannah
"I really enjoyed the KIMBA sessions — they gave me permission to explore a little bit. My favourite thing was the chatting, actually, in group settings and one-on-one." — Megan
"Something was holding me back — for my online business, and really just everything in life. That was my main reason for coming." — Sam
Real people, in their own words, from a past Connect Your Dots retreat. The name changed — the effect did not.
What you get
Be honest with yourself
My promise to you
Come with an open mind and give it the first full day. If by the end of that day you are not glad you came, tell me, and I will refund the rest. No debate, no awkwardness. The only thing you can lose here is the numbness.
Ways in
Group or on your own. Group retreats are shared, warm, and easier on the wallet, usually eight to ten people. Private is just you and me, built entirely around what you are carrying.
Group rates are per person. Longer private retreats are priced bespoke as a Charter — ask below. Every price is a live ticket: buy now, and we arrange the rest with you during onboarding. Retreats are organised around ticket-holders' schedules — we choose a date and location that fits, and refund you in full if we can't book you onto a suitable event. Places are kept small on purpose and dates are limited — if one is coming up, Archer will hold you a spot while you decide.

Straight with you
Connect Your Dots retreats here in the UK are body-led and drug-free. Meditation, movement, breathwork, KIMBA and rest. No plant medicine, no ceremony of that kind. Everything is sober, safe, and something you can bring your whole self to. Got a health thing going on? Tell Archer and we'll make sure it's right for you.
