Connect Your Dots
You just need to read yourself better.
Authenticity-focused coaching for people tired of performing a version of themselves that isn't quite them. Online, Norwich, and beyond.
Three honest doors. Pick the one that's true today — you can always come back through another.
One email a day, five days. Each one gives you a single task — five to fifteen minutes, pen and paper. By day five you'll have three dots on a page and a line through them.
People pay me to get to that shape. This week, it's yours for the cost of an email address. Day 0 arrives immediately.
Then keep reading — the whole story is on this page. Unsubscribe any time, no questions.
Three questions. Each answer places a dot. By the end you'll see the shape of support that fits — and when you book, I'll already understand where you're starting from.
Your dots, connected.
Exact numbers are agreed on the call — they depend on the tier you choose.
Then I won't make you sit through a discovery call to prove it. A Breakthrough is three hours of the deepest single session I do — SAHARA for the structure, KIMBA where the body's holding it. You book, you pay, we work.
Not quite certain? The middle door is right there — a conversation costs nothing.
"I deliver brilliantly. And I go home hollowed out."
"I speak up for everyone else. I silence myself."
"I've built a life that looks right. It doesn't feel like mine."
"I know what's wrong. I just can't seem to move it."
You're not broken. You're high-functioning — and you've made it work, at some cost. Therapy feels like too much. Self-help books aren't enough. You don't need fixing. You need someone to help you connect the dots you've been ignoring.
Connect Your Dots is structured around two frameworks I built over years of working with people at the edge of who they think they are and who they actually are.
This isn't therapy. I'm clear on that boundary. It's structured coaching with a referral pathway for anything that needs clinical support.
Where we work:
This work has had different names over the years. The people it changed sound the same in every era.
"I had absolutely no idea that a video call with somebody I had never met before could be so powerful. Thank you so much for listening."
Mike · coaching client
"Incredibly valuable and comparable to traditional therapy, but much more accessible… I've seen my own energy shift, unlocking parts of me I packed away. It's a transformative experience."
Heather · first member, the Game of Authenticity
"A breath of fresh air — learning from a perspective that reconciles both the spiritual and materialistic world, that inspires creativity, compassion, and pragmatic values."
Shane · public recommendation
"Your coaching was impeccable. Your strategising was masterful — your ability to step back and evaluate the landscape was incredible. A level of maturity, self-awareness and generosity in everything you said."
Rachel · coach & designer, 2026
These are real people, quoted with their words from the years this work was called other names. The frameworks grew up; the effect didn't change.
I built these frameworks because I needed them. Not as a thought experiment — as a way through something I couldn't name for a long time. SAHARA came from figuring out what authenticity actually means when everything around you is watching. KIMBA came from what the body holds that the mind keeps trying to explain away.
I've worked one-to-one since 2017, under different names and formats. The Caldicott Method. Gorilla Zen. The Game of Authenticity. The container changed. The work didn't.
Based in Norwich, UK. Working online and in person. Available for the right engagement wherever that is.
This works best when you're:
Between sessions, you have access to a version of me — built from our work together, trained on your calls, your notes, your specific language. It's there when you have a question at 11pm that can't wait until our next call. Not a replacement for the live work. A continuation of it.
Classic and Club clients can keep the front end entirely human — just me, no AI interface. The background (scheduling, session notes, reminders) runs quietly regardless.
If you're in acute mental health crisis, I'll help you find the right support — but this isn't the right container for that. If you're in the quieter struggle, it probably is.
However far you've read, one of these is true.
