Authenticity coaching · with David Caldicott
The dots are already there — the experiences, the instincts, the moments of clarity you filed away and forgot, the parts of you that went quiet because they weren't safe or welcome. The work is connecting them.
If this is you
You deliver brilliantly and go home hollowed out. You speak up for everyone else and silence yourself. You can articulate exactly what's wrong and still can't seem to move it. Therapy feels like too much; self-help books aren't enough.
You're not in crisis. You're wearing a mask — and you've worn it long enough that you're not sure where the mask ends and you begin.
Connect Your Dots is for the quiet in-between. Not fixing yourself. Not becoming someone better. Reading yourself better — and drawing the line that was always yours to draw.
The method
Two frameworks David built over a decade of practice. Structure without rigidity. A direction without predetermining the destination.
Self-Aware, Honest, Adaptable, Responsible, Authentic. SAHARA is the spine of the engagement — it gives the work a shape and moves you, step by step, out of performance and back into yourself.
Explore SAHARAKinesthetic Internal Memory Balancing Action — parts-work for the deeper layer. Not everyone needs it. It's there when the work calls for it, held inside a coaching frame with clear boundaries.

"I came in able to describe exactly what was wrong. I left finally able to move it. David doesn't hand you answers — he helps you find the through-line that was already there."

Who you'd be working with
David Caldicott has spent more than a decade refining this work under many names — the Dynamic Waiter, the Caldicott Method, now KIMBA and SAHARA. He's the rare mix of systems-builder and human being: he'll build you the machine and still know that the mask you're wearing isn't something a machine can take off.
The mask he's asking you to set down, he's set down versions of himself. That's the authority. No spiritual bypass. No toxic positivity. Warm, direct, and slightly irreverent.
